Regular Exercise Plan

By setting the amount of times you wish to workout per week and a penalty amount, if you don’t achieve your weekly workouts your penalty will be donated to your charity of choice.

From our app, workouts can be conveniently recorded by:

 

Step Tracker – Requiring 10,000 steps in a day. Automatically synced from:
• Fitbit
• Apple Health app
Exercise Minutes – Requiring 45 minutes of active exercise minutes in a day. Automatically synced from:
• Fitbit
• Apple Health app
Gym Checkin – Allowing to check-in to nearby gyms and studios

Weight Loss Plan

By setting your target weight, time period, and penalty amount, if you don’t achieve your target weight your penalty will be donated to your charity of choice.

If you achieve your weight target, simply take a photo of a weight scale while you are on it, and send to us via the app. If your photo shows positive, you will not be charged any penalty.
You can also invite your friends and family to pledge a donation if you achieve your weight loss plan.
